About Buppy Jam Shells
Buppy Jam supplies premium natural Mother of Pearl (MOP) and Abalone shell sheets for signwriters, display makers and decorative projects. Established in 2018, we source distinctive shell-sheet designs in a growing selection of natural colours and patterns.
Our Story
Buppy Jam began after we identified a need for shell sheets suited to the sign and display market. Finding the right material took extensive research and persistence. We eventually developed a relationship with a specialist supplier of natural Mother of Pearl and Abalone shell sheets, and visited its offices and factory to see the craftsmanship involved first-hand.

Natural shell materials offer iridescent colour, individual patterning and a distinctive finish that cannot be replicated exactly from sheet to sheet. We focus on Mother of Pearl and Abalone shell materials selected for their visual character and suitability for decorative applications.
