Delivery and International Orders
Do you ship internationally to individual customers?
Yes. We ship business-to-consumer (B2C) orders internationally to destinations outside the European Union.
At present, we do not ship individual customer orders to EU countries.
Do you ship internationally to business customers?
Yes. We ship business-to-business (B2B) orders worldwide, including to EU countries.
If you are ordering on behalf of a business and would like to discuss your requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Are USA duties and local taxes included at checkout?
For orders shipped to the United States, federal import duties are included in the checkout total.
Local state taxes are not included. These may be payable by the buyer on delivery and are normally billed by USPS. Please check any local charges that may apply in your state before ordering.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched and delivered?
We aim to dispatch orders within three working days of purchase.
Delivery generally takes between two and ten days, depending on the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, destination and customs processing.
Trade Orders, Samples and Bespoke Services
Can I order samples?
We are aiming to introduce a paid sample service later in 2027. Until then, please explore the product images, videos and descriptions on each listing, or contact us if you need help selecting a shell sheet.
Do you offer trade, wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer a 15% discount for orders of more than 20 sheets in the same style or colour.

Can I request a bespoke size, pattern or cut?
Yes. We offer a laser-cutting service for bespoke shell sheet requirements.

Returns and Responsible Shell Sourcing
What is your returns policy for opened, cut or customised shell sheets?
If your goods are unsuitable for your intended purpose, please carefully repack them using the original packaging and return them to us. We will refund the cost of the goods, excluding outbound postage.
Custom-cut or customised shell sheets cannot be returned.
Is your Mother of Pearl and Abalone shell responsibly sourced?
Yes. Our Mother of Pearl shells are responsibly sourced from food-harvesting sources.
Our Abalone shells are harvested in accordance with strict New Zealand rules. In New Zealand, Abalone is commonly known as pāua.
